How many class sessions should I sign up for?
We recommend a minimum of 12 sessions for voluntary "Self Referred", HR, and business referrals. We offer 12 to 52 week programs for court or probation referred or mandated clients and self-referrals.
All participants will receive progress reports and a "Certificate of Completion" upon completion of program. All classes are open ended and participants can begin at any time! Classes are held In-Office and (Virtual via zoom Video-Conference) California, USA ... San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles Counties.
Who are your classes for?
Our classes are designed for people who need to learn how to be more productive and effective. We can help you manage stress, conflict, and improve family relationships. Our programs are ideal for self-referrals, corporate clients, business professionals, court referred clients, individuals, physicians and nurses, and families as well as those interested in improving relationships with others. Our classes are based on the model of intervention which is a cognitive-behavioral and psycho-educationally based.
Accepted by California Superior Courts, Social Service Agencies, Probation/Parole Departments, Child Protective Service Agencies, and major corporations nationwide.

When can I begin my classes?
Start any week you wish! Pre-Registration prior to attending class is required. Click "Register" button for program schedules, rates, enrollment, and assessment.

What can I receive after class completion?
We will provide a Certificate of Completion upon completion of the program. Progress reports are available as well as a "proof of enrollment" form.
